Located in a trendy area with great restaurants and shops nearby, this hotel has comfortable beds and bathrooms. the breakfast served is delicious and will keep you going throughout the day. There are also good transport links for exploring the city. Some rooms may not have any outside windows but are still bright and very quiet. the staff are friendly and helpful, with extra amenities like an organized remise driver available.
Some rooms may suffer from noise disruption at night, however, earplugs are available to reduce the issue.

We loved the hotel's location in Palermo Soho, a great area with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making excellent recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast was fantastic, with freshly baked croissants, coffee, and freshly squeezed juice, getting us energized for the day. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were on point; it was a comfortable and cozy stay.
No complaints. We had a great stay with no issues, making our time in this city enjoyable and pleasant.

The hotel had a great breakfast with fresh juices, pastries, and fruits. The location was ideal, with a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was well-priced for the area, and the staff were helpful with arranging transportation to local attractions.
The room was a bit noisy, with traffic and music from nearby bars occasionally being heard. the room I stayed in did not have any windows facing outside, which made it feel a bit stuffy and isolated.

the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The noise level outside my room was quite loud and made it difficult for me to sleep at times. the door to my room could use some updating, as it was not completely soundproof.
